Our Company's name is "PREM HENNA MARKETING PVT LTD." We are a leading Manufacturer & Exporter of Henna, Henna based Hair Colors & Creme based Hair Colors. In coming future we are moving into cosmetics (for Hair care & Skincare).

We have an requirement for Senior Legal domain, for our office at Nashik (Maharashtra):

Position - Manager/Sr. Manager Legal

Experience - 10 - 20 Years & should be advocate
Qualification - L.L.B / L.L.M
Job Location - Nashik (Maharashtra)
Candidate should be ready to relocate to Nashik (Candidate if out of station).Note: Those who are really open to relocate to Nashik can only apply, this will be full time employment.
CTC - Best in the Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS:
A. Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive managements attention.
B. Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
C. Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
2. LITIGATION MANAGEMENT:
A. Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
3. STATUTORY & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
A. Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
B. Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MATTERS (Knowledge Preferred)
A. Attending hearings on behalf of the Company.
